CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• All sales and purchases of services are final, with no refunds or exchanges permitted. However, if you are charged for a transaction on the site without receiving the services, you can notify us by sending an email to support@greylearn.com or the email address listed on the Contact Us page.
• We will investigate the matter, and if it is determined that the charge was made without the delivery of services, you will receive a refund within 21 working days from the date we receive your email. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, minus any service charges and applicable taxes. The refunded amount may take 3-21 days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
